Tokyo Maintenance Request Form

Use this form to report maintenance issues at your property. If you have a maintenance issue to report, please let us know what the problem is below.

Please note that:

• This form is intended only for our Tokyo office clients.
• Please call us directly after submitting this form if your issue is urgent.
• We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all national holidays. If your maintenance issue is submitted outside of our regular business hours, we will contact you promptly when the office opens again.
• If a maintenance visit is required, we are only available for translation over the phone during regular business hours. If a visit is needed outside of business hours, we can communicate with the maintenance person on your behalf after the fact to communicate the status or results during our normal business hours.

Please note, these rules regarding responses and over the phone translation during business hours do not apply if you are a member of our 24-Hour Helpline service.
